Wrapped in honeydew. Its suppose to be rock melon but I couldnt find any so bought a honeydew instead. Parma ham is a really expensive type of ham from Italy and it was on sale, so I bought it hehe. The saltiness of the ham plus the sweetness of the melon gives it a perfect combination for a starter.. Its really yummy and all you need to do is wrap the melon with the ham and let it sit in the fridge for an half an hour to allow the taste to bland in nicely.. , what I did was a salad dish as well. Packets of mixed vegetables for salad can be bought in local supermarket, so what I do is mixed some sesame oil, pepper, soya sauce and a quarter of lime juice into a big mixing bowl. Toss the salad around and then place the ham ontop. DO NOT ADD too much soya sauce as the ham is very salty, sure u guys dun want to have sodium overload. • Adelaide, Australia
